I have over 10 years experience in my specialty and pride myself in staying educated and informed on all things that are hair and scalp related. CANCELLATION POLICY
**CANCELLATION POLICY** Your appointment is very important. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, I respectfully request at least 48 HOURS notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. All appointments cancelled in less than 48 hours will be charged a NON-REFUNDABLE 50% late cancellation fee. **NO-SHOW POLICY** ALL no-show appointments will be charged a 100% NON-REFUNDABLE rebooking fee. *****LATE POLICY***** Late arrivals of 15+ minutes will be asked to reschedule and will be charged a 100% NON-REFUNDABLE rebooking fee.
